About
Air Busan is the low-cost carrier based in South Korea which is a subsidiary of Asiana Airline. The airline is the third largest Korean low-cost airline which has initially started operations between Busan and Gimpo.
Class of Travel
Air Busan provides only one travel class with 3 fare types;
Economy Class
Air Busan provides passengers with comfort and premium with pre-booked meals. The in-flight service allows passengers to buy from Cafe Blue which is the in-flight snack menu and the in-flight entertainment service which also allows reading glasses service.
The fare types vary in the baggage allowance:
Smart - Air Busan allows for pre-paid seat assignment with 1 piece of checked luggage.
Smart Plus - Air Busan allows Smart Plus passengers to come with a pre-paid seat assignment with an extra baggage allowance of 8kg.
Premium - Air Busan provides Premium fare guests with pre-paid seats, complimentary in-flight meals and Busan Airport lounge access before boarding.
Baggage Allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 10kg for carry-on and 15-30 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Allowance
FLY+STAMP is the program which allows passengers to save additional MINI STAMPs and STAMPs. Members can redeem the STAMP flight ticket despite flight tickers all year round. The members can earn stamps by transferring/purchasing STAMPs and not only by purchasing flight tickets.
Check-in
Air Busan does not allow online check-in.
Airport check-in is as follows:
Domestic Flights - Passengers can airport check-in 2 hrs to 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can airport check-in 4 hrs to 2hr prior to the scheduled departure time.
In-flight services
Air Busan provides customers to choose from various healthy meals which can be pre-booked along with hot/cold beverages. Air Busan's reading glasses service allows customers to enjoy newspapers/in-flight entertainment. A new mother travelling with an infant is provided with a nursing cover. In-flight duty-free service can be pre-ordered without having to be sold out.
Onboard Support
Air Busan provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Air Busan sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
